Kate Rogan | Director
Registered Architect, ANZIA, BArch (Hons), BAS
Kate has a variety of architectural experience, from focusing on office design (whilst working in London) to detailing high-end houses back in New Zealand. Kate is a registered architect in New Zealand and member of the New Zealand Institute of Architects. She has been a Professional Teaching Fellow and critic of Design at the University of Auckland (School of Architecture). She has judged the NZIA Local Architecture Awards, Interior Awards and appeared as a Guest Expert on TVNZ’s Our First Home. Kate has a love for interiors and furniture, has renovated her own home and built her own award-winning house.
Eva Nash | Director
Registered Architect, ANZIA, MArch (Hons) Sustainable Design, BArch (Hons), BAS
Eva has a love for residential architecture which has taken her around the globe working on apartment buildings in Dubai, to lofts in New York. She is a registered architect in New Zealand and member of the New Zealand Institute of Architects. She has been a critic of Design at the University of Auckland (School of Architecture) and Unitec Institute of Technology (SCALA). Eva is passionate about sustainable design and has a Masters Degree in Residential Sustainability. She has spoken at a variety of events from the NZ Green Building Council to the Australian Housing Researchers conference. Eva has judged the NZIA Local Architecture Awards and appeared as a Resident Expert on TVNZ’s Our First Home. Eva has renovated multiple houses and built her own award-winning home.

We offer the full scope of architecture services, which we can tailor to suit you. We work on a wide range of residential projects: from subdivisions, to multiple houses, through to renovations, new beach houses and city homes. Our passion is creating a home you love.
What about the inside and other bits?
We don’t just design the shell of the building. We design the rooms and items which also make up the architecture: like your kitchen and cabinetry, pool and pool house and outdoor fireplace. We will look at materials and colours – we think these spaces greatly effect your love for your home, and reflect the way you like to live.

We also offer Interior Design, and can help you find the perfect soft furnishings and furniture to compliment the rest of the project. Design and interiors all in one place – from your vision to your move-in.

Our directors, Eva and Kate, have lived in Rogan Nash Architects renovations and now, new houses. We understand the stresses of being a client and can bring our experiences to you.
