We work with clients across Auckland and New Zealand on new build houses, heritage villa and bungalow renovations, additions and extensions, and holiday homes on some of the country’s most considered sites.
Our Approach
Every client brings their own brief, and every site brings its own conditions. What stays consistent is how we work: we listen first, design thoughtfully, and guide you through the entire process, from the first conversation through to construction. For clients balancing significant professional demands with a major home project, that continuity matters. You are working with the same two directors throughout, not handed between staff as the project moves forward.
Our service covers architecture and the fixed elements of your interior — joinery, cabinetry, fixed lighting, tiles, and finishes — designed as one considered whole from concept through to completion.

Our Credentials
Both Directors, Kate Rogan and Eva Nash, are New Zealand registered architects (NZRAB) and Fellows of the New Zealand Institute of Architects (FNZIA), bringing fifty years of combined experience to every project. Our work has been recognised with multiple New Zealand Institute of Architects awards and featured in HOME Magazine, NZ House and Garden, Abode, HERE and Houses magazine.
