This heritage house in Auckland’s Mt Albert was renovated by Rogan Nash Architects who were engaged to reconfigure the home but still maintain the heritage aesthetic. The renovation included the design of a new kitchen (and scullery), dining room and lounge (including study nook), new master suite and ensuite (making use of original doors and wall cabinetry), main bathroom, bedroom cabinetry, laundry/ mud room, new garage and outdoor area. The result is a stunning meeting of old and new to create a comfortable family home.
